I sit with my windows open listening to the cricke I sit with my windows open listening to the crickets this evening, and I am just so thrilled for all the new life and green that Spring brings. It smells like new damp earth & grass and the birds were extra busy today.
I spent the day split between lingering outside in the sunshine and going through my family's clothes & shoes inventory. I have a feeling hot days are going to sneak up on us. Leaning into the seasons & celebrating seasons changing is something we really look forward to all year.
If you're looking to live more seasonally, let the Spring edition of Botanical Anthology help you
connect to the rhythms of the seasons. The Botanical Anthology is a seasonal digital publication that is packed full of plant goodness.

There are over 55 articles from 42 contributors (192 pages!) to help you incorporate herbs in your apothecary, kitchen, spring foraging and gardening, crafts, and celebrations.

It is only available from
March 20-29 for $20 + you get the bonus Nettle booklet. After that, the price goes up and you'd have to purchase the nettle book separately.

There are SO many amazing articles, and I'm still making my way through it. But I thought I'd share my own personal list of projects that I plan on doing from this edition of BA...

• Botanically dyed eggs
• Wild violet sprinkles
• Self heal tea
• Herbal tick bite support
• Lilac toner
• Hot oil hair treatment
• Gut healing herbal broth

• Beatrix Potter- inspired tea blends
• How to draw a tulip
• Incorporating some of the Spring rituals and routines into my daily rythm
• Enjoy the Spring playlist

Have you ever run out of water on a hike? This is Have you ever run out of water on a hike? This is no fun, especially when you also have kiddos who need to stay hydrated. I normally wouldn't drink any water in the wild without boiling it first, but with this new Alkaline Water Filter Bottle with Extreme Filter from @etaliving, I can confidently drink from a river or creek when I have to.

ETA= emergency +travel + adventure

The ETA is ideal for any emergency preparedness and survival as well as a great companion for travel and for adventure lovers. As we have seen in recent events, clean drinking water can be hard to find in emergency situations, and shouldn't be taken for granted. I will definitely be keeping a few of these bottles on hand for my family.

This filter removes all 4 areas of contaminants (Aesthetic, Chemical,
Dissolved Solids, Radiological) from any water source up to
99.99% using the Ionic Adsorption Micro Filtration (IAMF)
Technology.
This water bottle filter removes contaminants but retains nutrient and mineral value of
the water, and it can filter up to 100 gallons of water.
It has been tested in over 35 countries and in over 350 government and non-government labs, making it the most “tested and trusted”.
And the filters are made right here in the USA 🇺🇸!

Thank you @etaliving for creating a reliable, portable way to access clean water wherever you go.

My little leprechaun cheesin' because I let him li My little leprechaun cheesin' because I let him lick the frosting spoon 😆

We've had a festive St. Patrick's Day so far. We started the day with spinach pancakes & blueberry muffins, Liam has a friend over, so I made some sugar cookies with green fosting & sprinkles for a treat.
I have corned beef and cabbage in the crock pot for dinner tonight, the kids and I are wearing our green, and we've got a good stack of St. Patrick's Day books to read tonight.
It doesn't take much to make these "smaller" holidays to a more magical, memorable level, without spending money.
May your St. Patty's Day be a good one, friends!
